Yes I am sorry to say that i had to go and reinstall windows to handle vcd, cdr as
linux is not
multimedia ansd it seems to be a long way off too. DivX, and avi conversion to mpeg
vcd is
impossible without something like TMPGENC, plus quite a few other tools. My cameras
are also not
seen in linux (usb) either.
