I've been pretty happy with Mandrake on my desktop. I only wish they'd stick a little closer to the normal menuing system. I find mdk's customized menu rather annoying. One thing nice I've found about SuSE, BTW, is that it includes FreeSWAN VPN solution in the box. Caldera, RH, and I believe Mdk can't say that.
