All you rubyistas and perl knitters, remember that Unix was written to
be a text processing system before your languages were born.

sed and awk can do pretty much anything. The syntax is ugly as hell,
and not readable for updates later, and that's why we have better
languages now.

But the ancient old ones still have some eldritch powers.

RTFM works, `man sed` tells you what you need to work, but something
easily googled like http://www.grymoire.com/Unix/Sed.html shows you
how to use it.
