Sony cycleenergy ones work very well... our kodak camera would flatten 
new disposable batteries in 20-30 shots with flash.  These ones run much 
longer.

Any largish shopping center should be able to supply what you need, a 
camera shop or the warehouse.

If there's enough interest I could organise and price a bulk deal for 
CLUG members.
