Ryan,

I live 5 minutes from Rangiora, and would be keen to help man a stand or
assist with setup, documentation etc. Regrettably, I have a day job that
sees me spend far too much time out of town, but contact me off list and see
if we can work out a way for me to be involved. I have a bit of gear I could
lend as well.

My level of technical expertise: long time user of several distros - mainly
Ubuntu, MythTV user, generally what I would consider to be an enthusiastic
amateur, as opposed to a technical expert....

As for timing... if you could prevail upon the Council to comply, Sunday
morning might be good - lots of activity around the library, which is next
to the local farmers' market.
