The final byte of 07/07 puts this control function in the area reserved
for private implementation, ie. the area with final bytes from 07/00 to
07/14. CSI 07/07 was used by DEC for the sequence DECSHORP, Set
Horizontal Pitch and may have been used by other manufacturers.
If you're looking to standardise the sequence, it appears that the first
available slot is CSI 02/00 06/12 (which is rather less mnemonic).
