Ok, I've set the sample rate with ALSA and it seems to work using arecord and 
Skype. How do I achieve the same with pulseaudio? How do I set the sample rate 
with pulse? The device is hw:1,0 the webcam. Then I have to set the webcam the 
primary input device and use pulse in the app, right?
