I use FileBrowser+ to copy them onto my computer. For me files is big for keeping the password database synced between my phone and PC and auto uploading pictures I take to my nextcloud server. Synced notes between my PC and phone are also nice. For the most part I don't access any other files I store on my nextcloud.
