Go to http://www.linuxiso.org and pick a distro.  Then find a download site.
When you the ISO for the flavor you want, you can burn it to CD by using an
application such as Nero.  A good place to start is with Knoppix.  You can
also grab their Live CD from Knoppix.Org as well.

BTW, stop typing in all caps -- it's called shouting and it's very poor
netiquette.
