I really dont know if this works for you
But I use Ubuntu Linux and on there web page
it tells you how to restore the multi boot "Grub Menu"
Boot from Linux CD
Type rescue and press enter
type grub-install /dev/hda
I dont know if this work
I dont know if this works on any Linux
I havnt tried it my self
