Yep, you got that right. Sorry for the confusion, but the problem
with Gentoo wasn't with installation; instead, I believe it was a
problem with configuring X11. Oh well, I'm planning on attempting to
install FC5 to the 40gb hd tonight and see how that goes. I almost
gave in yesterday and was about to buy a new computer just for Linux
without trying to use RAID or anything, just a generic computer for
Linux, but that money would be better spent elsewhere. I'll post back
later after I've attempted to install FC5 again.
