No.  If I knew for sure, I'd probably have an idea what the problem is.

Write out?  Oh, here's a little tip.  Add the following to any command

" > file.txt"

without the quotes, and it will put the text that would be sent to the
screen into the file file.txt.  Of course, you can choose any filename
you want.  That should make it easier to copy the data to your email.

That's the problem.  You've already given us a general idea.  At this
point, the specifics are what's important.

Did you do that?

It's the Screen with an index of 0.  The automated X configuration
decided to name it "Screen0".  It's got nothing to do with your problem.
