Hi Everyone,
I came across one of these towers with 384 RAM, now it has 1 gig RAM that I
knew to be either PC100 or PC133 depending on what was needed. The CPU is 450
MHz, the 20 gig HD no longer booted OS X, so I found the Ubuntu 6.06 Live CD to
test it out. Now I'm installing the latest OpenSuse PowerPC DVD.
Unfortunatedly, there were no updates, or did I burn the wrong iso file?
I have the latest Fedora PPC to try on another hard drive, since I have very
little Mac software I wonder if I'll go that route. But it is disappointing
there are so few Live or install distros for this plateform. Anybody have some
favorites links for new MacPPC Linux users? Or other info?
