Nope.I'll try explaining this in short.
In IPMasq, the packets from one m/c are opened, the source address changed
to that of the  *valid* IP , and then they are sent out to the Internet. The
masqueraded host *does not get* a valid IP.Check up the English meaning of
Masquerade

What gets the stuff around on the Internet is the routers...and they work on
network addresses.
Subnets are the internal headache of the network admin.And they are
optional.
IP Addresses are binary, and if u change ur subnet..ur changing some
significant bits ..so how does it remain "the same ip"?
Moral of the Story: 2 hosts on the Net cannot have same IP, unless your
Network Admin is Goofy.
