I got the progress indicator. In fact I had used the -v -v switch to
see more debugging information. And fetchmail used to stop after
something like this,
Attempting to rewrite From xxxxx to From xxxxx
Rewritten From xxxx to From xxxxx
and like this for all the headers. After recieving the headers
nothing further happens. But now [as you must have seen my other
mail] it seems that problem is with my sendmail/network
configuration. I am a novice as far as networking is concerned so
will have to learn some basics of it.
