Old news... I get 250k/s with my Hathway cable connect with any decent
indian/singapore based server.

I have one, but I found that I don't need it. I run a compressing proxy
server (150 lines of perl loving :) on my cable linux box. Using this
proxy, I get crazy speeds for webpages when dialled up via modem.
