Like many other lists, perhaps we could configure the mailing list manager
to accept mails only from list members. This will prevent spammers (who
are not subscribers) to take advantage of ILUG-Bom in this manner, because
it will check if the person is a subscriber before accepting the
mail. This is commonly done in many other lists (examples are available,
on request).
