Forget all this registration/membership stuff. If the matter is of refreshments, we are at Hbcse to exchange ideas, views and knowledge and not to have tea and coffee. It definitely does not make sense nagarjuna bearing all the costs. I think we simply should follow "If u wanna have tea, u pay.." policy.   Yes, for domain registration, we definitely need to pool in amount by collecting it from LUG members. I don't think the question of being volunteers comes into picture here. If I am a member and I am being benefited by this community I better pay up for the common expenses. Fix up an amount and DD will be couriered to Nagarjuna name or we all contribute in the next meet. I bet we all trust him.   Charging the corporate as discussed earlier should only be the amount that we incur in conducting the same. Be it preparation of course materials, travelling expenses, food etc., all of them must be charged at actualize. I don't think we r looking to be a profit organization or the members are interested in getting paid for the efforts that they take. This can be made very clear to the organizations that we are visiting. Any opinions on this ???   Regards, Seshan.
