GPL doesn't mention that the source be freely available as a
*download*.. however it *must* be provided on request / demand and
you *CAN* charge a reasonable amount for media/shipping if you
cannot host the source. If the GPL license is included with a
distro (binary), then you *can* ask the distributer for the source
and he/she ought to oblige.
I did not ask for it for free. I just pointed out that it does not
seem to be available, and i have asked the owner on this thread where
it is available, but he has not answered.
From the fine gnu general public license:
You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and
you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a
fee.
