Umm...the real issue is getting people USE our software. As I've already stated, people expect things to work. They are least interested in the MS vs FOSS wars or whatever issues we have with MS. Hes not trying to make money off it or build a business to compete with M$. Hes just trying fill a need that might be growing. Earlier Windows updates + Latest AV + Latest Antispyware would work.
