Yes, it is going to cost someone. But he has taken an initiative and if this isn't an isolated case then there are many small time vendors that are going to try and "learn" Linux so that when their customers demand it, they'll be ready. Now they have also understood that the money is not in selling goods but actually providing their clients support and troubleshooting. > Ya. I know it sounds vicious.
