I'd fourth you, but I think we are seeing two problems:
1) When MTNL's DNS servers go down, as they are distressingly often,
everything fails.
I'll wait and watch if openDNS' servers do the trick.
2) When it is up, google pages open at snail's pace.
Maybe routing is the problem here. Any tcpdump gurus here?
