I second that. I was using OpenDNS. Replaced their IPs with MTNL DNS
IPs. But behavior continues.
I third that. At first I too thought it might be a DNS issue but it
seems to be a routing issue.
MTNL Triband has lost its shine. Its IPTV is most hopeless and even
after unsubscribing from it 3 months ago, its still hanging round my
neck like dead weight. The QCS now tells me that my WO still shows
incomplete installation, let alone unsubscribe.
