Wont work. It will cost too much. Besides, is anybody except us complaining regarding international bandwidth? What about Sweden, Japan and such nations? Do they have their own cache of the internet? =P Why dont we just try developing our bandwidth? More undersea cables? or MAYBE JUST MAYBE these bandwidth-hording-scum of ISPs release their HUGE store of bandwidth for the common people? Flag Telecom and Tyco's bandwidth is HUGE.
