I don't think that's the problem - I got that too when I ran dependency 
walker, and on my system (Windows 7, 64 bit) LinuxSampler works.

Actually, I only found out about that tool today when I searched for 
your error message on google, so I'm afraid I can't help you with it. I 
was hoping that the RegCloseKey error would show up with a red flag or 
something.
