So the problem is with ntdll.dll. Is there more info about ntdll.dll?

I don't think that this problem is actually related to the sampler. If you got 
an unresolved dependency in ntdll.dll, most other apps should crash as well. 
Especially since the missing dependency seems to be in the Windows API 
function RegCloseKey, which is used by every app that accesses the Windows 
registry (that is, almost any commercial Windows application nowadays). Is 
this not the case?

Since ntdll.dll is such a fundamental DLL, I rather think that for some reason 
your Windows installation is corrupt.
