I dunno... overreaction by the community can also make us look like a
bunch of jerks.

The Dell guy screwed up,  the college chick is not ready for college
or Linux, and this newspaper didn't dig very deep on what is probably
fluff for them anyway. No big conspiracy just normal, flawed, human
behavior.

It would be nice if our community didn't overreact with email floods
to the paper or various kinds of rudeness, but our community has a
disproportionate number of kids who don't know better I think.
Realizing that in situations like this you can often catch more flies
with honey than vinegar comes with age.

It is what it is.
