Though I didn't ask for any recommendations for an invoicing package I'll be happy to look at it. However, our needs are very specific: 1) automatic billing on an anniversary date of a default amount. 2) Set anniversary date independently for each client. 3) Set payment period (one month, quarterly, semi-annually, annually) per client. 3) the ability to add records during the payment period which will be added to that periodic automatic billing. 4) the ability to bill instantly instead of waiting for the end of the payment period, on a per item basis. 5) the ability to turn off statements and just do invoices. 6) the ability to turn off invoices and just do statements. 7) choice of email to link where client can read the invoice/statement, or attached pdf file, on a per client basis. 8) Interface to payment system running both PayPal and Authorize.Net. and probably a few others I can't think of now.
