It is: Startingpage.com solely Google results combined with the Startpage/Ixquick privacy. See starpage privacy policy: http://us2.startpage.com/eng/protect-privacy.html They have extended their users' Privacy with the "Proxy" option, for privacy even when you visit a third party site.
