I had fedora installed on my pc. To install Ubuntu, first I tried the
live CD, and it worked properly, then I formatted my hard disk and
installed the operating system.

If you say it can help me I'll do that, but, it seems useless to me; I
installed the system from scratch so the hidden folders were created
by Ubuntu itself. If I delete them they would be created again just
the way they are now... or not??

Thanks anyway for your help :)
