Sudhir, Anup's solution is one way to resolve your issue. However, we need to understand why you are in such a situation? Why is slash 93% full? In most cases, it is OK to have slash at 93% provided it does not extend any more. The fact that your application is complaining about space in slash during installation means you do not have a dedicated /usr partition. Ideally, you would want to have dedicated usr, tmp, var, opt, home + any other app-specific partitions created so you don't populate slash. If you already do, run a du -sh * | sort -nr in slash to see what is occupying so much space. And extending filesystems is the very reason we have a wonderful feature called LVM.HI Sudhir, Just check it in var/spool/mail and any other log file, if it shows that it is full then take a backup and and empt that file. and use above command ( du -sh * | sort -nr) . that will not harm u. like your Your Mail works best with the New Yahoo Optimized IE8.
