Yup. I offer them as an option.
Thing is, nobody ever asks whether it could be done, or whether he or she
could have it. Like RTL, it's always a direct order to configure the whole
list that way because untagged subjects, RTS, or whatever else he or she is
against is wrong, wrong, wrong, bad, evil, wrong, wrong, stupid, and just
plain wrong.
When I tell someone trying to stump for them as the greatest thing since
sliced bread, "I'll put you on that option, but I'm not going to force them
on the whole list," the standard reaction is a very short and subdued "Thank
you." You can really tell that the wind out was knocked of their sails; get-
ting the prize without the victory frustrates them.
