And you're correct, of course.  Mail sent "to" a mailing list address
such as [EMAIL PROTECTED] is not sent to any individual,
but to the address of the mailing list -- and it is therefore that address
which should appear in the "To:" field.   Not only that, but (and I'll check
on this) I believe that this violates RFC 822.
