Which mail clients can't test arbitrary header lines?

You may be searching too hard for a 100% solution, given that the 
IETF already has given the standardized one. And, you are still 
bolloxing an existing header; what's the chance that elist software 
will do this correctly, particularly when you think about 
line-folding rules, quoted printable, and so on?
