Have you considered going in undercover? Create a false identity somewhere,
sign up to your own list, and start contributing to the list in a way that
will attract the idiot. When he shows up, use the pepper spray.
It's a useful technique. Some folks will consider it entrapment, some folks
just plain old don't like it -- but beyond helping to catch these dweebs who
throw bricks through windows at night, it's a great technique to monitor for
spam harvesters and try to track them down.
