I'd be interested in this idea as long as there is
some organization to it so that (a) we know when a
test will be run in case something goes wrong and (b)
there will be a break in between tests (i.e. not having
2 in one day).
The only challenge I see is that even at 100 addresses
a participant, that would still take a lot of participants
to make it worthwhile. It would also mean a heck of a job
for coordinating it.
