Hmm... I wouldn't be so scared about things that could go wrong
with mail to a couple of test addresses which forward to /dev/null
anyway.

Why not allow to make several tests on the same day ???
If we can get many contributors, and every contributor is free to
use the file of test email addresses for tests, there will
certainly need to be room for multiple tests on the same day.

As I see it, all that is needed is a little script (which I can
write) which collects the test email addresses that are posted
to it (either by email or from a web-based form) and which
communicates by email with the relevant postmaster(s) to get
the test email addresses approved.
