I have a dedicated machine at The Planet and I've had absolutely nothing but positive experiences with them since the day I opened my account almost 2 years ago. The price is fair, the facilities are impeccable, the service is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

That one word explanation was he could get out of them, and they never notified him of any problems. He was also having regular (but not frequent) outages to the facility itself without notification.
