What if the species Homo sapiens is really divided into a Master Race
and a Loser Race, what would be the most natural course for history to
take?
To make it more Gundam relavent, let's make the Loser Race the
majority in numbers, and the Master Race a newly developed /
discovered bleed that is gradually growing in numbers.

Ah, this is a question posed in many Sci-Fi stories--from the
midi-clorian elite Jedi/Sith in Star Wars to the mutants in X-men. As
long as this hypothetical master race is not too terribly different
and can blend in with the general populous, I'd say at least in the
western world, the tendency would be to ignore the differences and
embrace them as merely talented individuals. Western society has to
believe the lie that everyone is the same. I imagine that there would
be a lot of denying that these Master Race people are different at
all. The Master Race would most probably take over quietly with no
one raising a fuss. Due to their talents they would rise through to
the top of any organization. Even if the Masters openly talked about
taking over, I doubt the normals would do much about it. We have a
way of ignoring the danger around us until it's too late. Just look
at what's happening in France.
