That depends on a couple of factors.  Does she like science fiction?  Would she watch something with old animation?  Would she watch something in Japanese with English subtitles?  If the answer to all those questions is "yes", then I'd say go with the MSG trilogy.  If she's not up for that, I would suggest 0080 or 08th MS Team, with a quick primer for her on the OYW.
