I agree. On a different note, I thought I'd conduct an informal poll. Which series designs appeal to you most not counting retrocons**? (**Liking a Dom from 08th MS Team is the same as liking a Dom in First Gundam.) I am not asking as the typical geeky "Is Star Trek better than Star Wars" or "Who would win in a fight between an Ewok and a Tribble" kind of way. My intent is to discern if it is true that most people prefer the First Gundam designs. While we do get a lot of new designs, there are also a lot of reinterpretations of First Gundam designs such as the Zakus in Seed or the retrocons in 0080.
