Like I said, not convinced. Taiwan seems to be content with the
status quo, and just because the U.S. made that promise doesn't mean
we'll follow through on it (and if Taiwan tried that I'd bet money
the U.S. would step in, doing everything in its power to convince
them to change their mind).
