That's nuts! If yens is that low, they probably can't afford the oil

US$ had dropped almost 60% vs. Euro over past 5.5 years. I have been
shifting my US$ to foreign holdings but OUCH not fast enough and not
hard enough.
Anyway my toy/hobby shopping is limited by time (to build) and space
(to display), so low yens won't affect what I buy from HLJ. But if
there are enough dollars left after the "essential" gunplas I might
consider giving another import game a try...
You are correct on the weight limit also for SAL, I haven't ran into the
issue much since 20,00n yen worth of Gundam kits rarely weight over 2kg.
Maybe except for few of the bigger MG kits.
Well my typical order works out to about 6000-10000 Yens of gunpla for
a gross weight of just under 2kg. Perhaps you are getting a lot of
pricey light-weight goodies?
