Think for Dynames, the cockpit is shot, so for Lockon to use it, he will have to go out with a "naked" cockpit, which isn't a good idea. Guess that's why in the preview, we see him with the "shoulder shield" on, and also riding on GN Arms.
Johann shouldn't have exposed two of the siblings to Ali, and Nene should've ran away, since if Johann cannot handle him, even injured, what makes her think she can do better? Her suit is not built for close range combat, someone that Ali excel in. Besides, they are running low on "gas", so better to live another day than being captured/destroyed. Hey, you have to give one thing to Setsuna is that he is pretty determined to do what he do, unlike Tieria, who just go to pieces when he cannot access Veda anymore. They are permanently unlocked, but remember my comment about V-MAX mode? I think it's similar here, as based on the spoiler/speculation GN Drive history, Trans-AM is basically a berserk state, so it should only be used for emergencies. I think that's why Sumeragi ask for it, as she knows sooner or later, the three major powers would lock down the elevators and start to play hardball, so they need an access to get out of earth. Well, I think Ali would just be the "contractor" thing again, and the military will just be told to let him be while he do his thing. -------------- Original message from "Joseph Riggs" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: -------------- Now that I've seen the episode the dialogue, here are more of my thoughts on the episode... Properly healing Lockon requires three weeks in a "tube". He doesn't want to risk an emergency, though, so he's not going through with it at this time. Dynames can't be fixed until the Ptolemais can return to dock. But the next episode's trailer shows it in action with Lockon at the controls. So apparently it's still useable. Johann should have had Micheal in the cockpit along with Nene. That way only one of them would have been exposed. Admittedly, it wouldn't have changed things if Ali got into a Gundam, but I thought the whole point of putting Nene into the Gundam was so that she could shoot Ali if he tried anything... Obviously, that didn't happen. It's not too big of a stretch at this point to guess that Nene's going to end up with Setsuna and whatsisname for the time being. Speaking of whom, whatsisname apparently isn't that bad of an aircraft pilot. Setsuna indicated that he wanted to come to Earth to start getting answers about what was going on, and it looks like Nene's going to give him the first few. Taking bets on which episode finally has the meeting between Saji and Nene! :P Lockon tells Tieria to be more like Setsuna. *snicker* Is Transam Mode permanently unlocked on the Gundams? The Dynames and Khyrios in next week's episode didn't appear to have the pretty colors that the Exia did in episode 22. It was noted that the GN ARMS was capable of leaving the atmosphere. So long as it's available, the team shouldn't have to rely on the space elevators (which is a good thing, since it appears that they've lost access to them). I'm wondering what's going to happen with Ali. I don't think that the superpo... I mean, the UN Military *cough* will be too keen on letting him hold onto his Gundam. They'll want to take it apart and examine how it works instead of letting a mercenary keep it. Do the other mobile suits mock the Jinx by calling it "Four-Eyes"? junior -------------------------------------------------- The Gundam Mailing List MK-II [email protected] Archives: http://www.gundam.com/gml Help: Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with this in the BODY: help list
