Jim, I believe there is some confusion operating on both sides...... Eric
is referring to the establishment if IFWP when initially it was excluded
from the very process it had founded for lack of being
incorporated....fortunately the exclusion didn't last long and, as far as I
know, once the steering commiittee telecons started which was a week or 3
later you are corr ect.
