I know what you're saying.  Even $3,000 beats six figures in court.  But
without any hint of WIPO having any Intellectual Property expertise
(don't let the name fool you, anyone: their charter makes them paper
pushers and that's all), nothing will be improved.

But on the supercede issue, are you saying that WIPO tells NSI to
dump a domain name, or WIPO takes up the whole NSI gauntlet,
or what?  Don't think Uncle Sam would go for either.  And is "Uncle
Sam" = ICANN? What's the deal here?
