 Revision of the bylaws to the point of transformation
 of ICANN into something dramatically democratic and
 vastly more in line with the modern world. Perhaps
 similar to ideas at <http://fcn.net/draft>. Resignation
 and replacement by those nominees we put forward from 
 the IFWP process at <http://fcn.net/nominations.html>
 or at <http://fcn.net/best-of.html>. See we aren't 
 simply being negative. We offer constructive "outs"
 and real alternatives. Sooner of later ICANN is going
 to buckle. Better it does so voluntarily.
