Hiding? Excuse me? Why are you afraid to follow a proper protocol
procedure through a submission of an FOIA filing William? To lazy,
possibly? If so that is YOUR perogative. Not ours, or our concern.

understand you mearly need to file a FOIA to the proper authorities.

rump and prepare a proper filing.
