The bylaws you have before you will fail in the
ways outlined by Mr. Auerbach. The inclusion of
so-called "Supporting Organization" blocks adds
fissures and fractures which will be leveraged
by persons and interests seeking domination of
the very lucrative market the Internet has become.
By every trick in the book.
Universal sufferage, transparency, accountability:
if they requires rewriting silly bylaws better now
than later amid some wreck and ruin. If you imagine
it is all set in stone you haven't grasped the nature
of the Net. Flexible, moving, routing around blockages...
hint, hint, hint.
