Are not some proposals so fraught with internal
faults and inconsistancies as to render them un-
workable from the outset? What gives you any hope
that, first, "ICANN" is not one such phenomenon
and, second, that the people who concocted it are
capable of heeding good advise and reforming same?
I am very interested in your reply for I have
witnessed enough abortive dream castles crumble
on their own weaknesses (the Freenet "movement",
Alternic, Root 64, etc) and have scant evidence
of any good faith on the part of the ICANNites.
Address these points convincingly and perhaps
your words will sound more than inexplicably
naive or somehow compromised. Show and tell.
